Paste the meeting invitation and anonymised notes into the AI tool your workplace allows. This short task works in regular AI chats such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Free tiers are normally enough, although limits vary.
A useful answer might say: "The purpose appears to be choosing a delivery date. The budget and owner are missing. Check the latest quote and ask who owns the next step." The AI has not made the decision. It has shown what needs clarification.
At work, use an approved tool and remove names, customer information and other sensitive material. Microsoft 365 Copilot may also offer meeting preparation in Outlook, but access varies between apps, licences and organisations.
